Exchanges / Returns

Our products are individually handcrafted in California. We will treat requests for returns in the same manner. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Bauble Bomb offers exchanges or returns on manufacturer defects and wrong size/ wrong items only. All exchanges must be pre-approved and must have an RMA number, packages received without an RMA will be returned to sender.

*Note: Any shipping or handling charges are not included, and no prepaid return labels will be issued. Orders returned for a refund/exchange will be issued in store credit minus shipping cost.

Shipping

We Ship orders up to 16 bath bombs via USPS priority mail, any orders over 16 bath bombs will ship via UPS ground.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping for order under $50 and any order over $50 is free standard shipping.
