Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States, but are actively looking at options for shipping outside of the United States in an economic manner. 

How long does it take you to ship an order?

Orders will leave our warehouse within 3 business days, we ship orders under 16 bombs via USPS priority mail, and over 16 ship via UPS ground. 

What if my bath bomb arrives cracked or crumbly?

with a photo of the damaged bath bomb, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.  

What if my jewelry is not the size or type I ordered?

Please email cs@baublebomb.com with your order number and a photo of the jewelry and we will send you a replacement bauble. Please allow 2 business days for a response.

Where are Bauble Bombs made?

Bauble Bombs are made by a small team of passionate individuals in sunny California. You will be able to see our dedication for amazing products in each and every bath bomb you receive! 

What ingredients are used in your jewelry bath bombs?

Our ingredients include: Sodium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Sulfate, Citric Acid, Polysorbate-80, Sunflower Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Corn Starch, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA), Fragrance, Colorant, Witch Hazel.
*Please note darker/ vibrant pigmented bath bombs may leave a slight residue in your tub that will wash away easily with soap and water.

What Size Are Bauble Bomb Jewelry Bath Bombs

Bauble Bomb Bath Bombs are approximately 3" and weigh 8 or more oz.

How long do I have until I have to use the bath bomb?

We recommend using your Bauble Bomb as soon as possible to get the most enjoyable experience out of the product. Typically suggest use within 3 months for the best experience possible.

Due to the nature of the ingredients, and the humidity level the bath bombs is being stored in, it is possible for the bath bomb to loose its fizziness over time.

What age is this product suitable for?

Our Bauble Bombs contain a small capsule containing jewelry that may pose a choking hazard for children. We recommend that our jewelry bath bombs are used for those over the age of 12.

Can I edit or update my order after receiving an order number?

Yes, you can update your order as long as it is still in the “Processing” stage. But be sure to act fast! Once an order is in the “Fulfilling” or “Shipped” stage, we are unable to modify your order.

Is your jewelry real?

We use only the highest quality fashion jewelry in our jewelry bath bombs.Our items are plated in genuine Gold and genuine Rhodium (which is a cousin of Platinum). We also have Sterling Silver items on occasion. Our Cubic Zirconia (CZ) and Crystals are of the highest quality, as our merchandising team only chooses the very best to have in our bath bombs!
Each of our items go through an extensive Q&A process before being posted on our website.

Do you accept returns?

Our products are individually handcrafted in California. We will treat requests for returns in the same manner. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Bauble Bomb offers exchanges or returns on manufacturer defects and wrong size/ wrong items only. All exchanges must be pre-approved and must have an RMA number, packages received without an RMA will be returned to sender.

*Note: Any shipping or handling charges are not included, and no prepaid return labels will be issued. Orders returned for a refund/ exchange will be issued in store credit minus shipping cost.

Is my credit card information safe on your site?

Our customer’s security and protection is our highest priority. All information is encrypted and processed by a compliant secure payment gateway. Bauble Bomb does not store any credit card information on our servers. This will have to be manually entered every time an order is placed. Better safe than sorry!
